These SMS Terms govern the text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by Aligned Web Services ("Aligned," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you accept these terms.

When you opt in, Aligned Web Services sends text messages related to your request, your account, and your orders — for example, follow-up about a mockup, audit, plan or quote you asked for; notifications that a video is ready; requests for your approval or feedback; delivery of finished content; customer-support replies; and — only if you separately agree — occasional updates and offers.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number on any Aligned Web Services form that offers it. That includes our account sign-up at app.alignedwebservices.ca and the request forms at alignedwebservices.ca — the AI agent, automation, funnel, content, site audit and website builder forms — or by otherwise giving us express written consent.
The consent box is never pre-checked, and providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, or of receiving anything you have requested from us. If you give us a phone number without ticking the box, we will not text you.
Message frequency varies based on your activity, requests and orders.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Aligned Web Services does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To opt back in, reply START or re-subscribe through one of our forms.
You may also withdraw consent at any time by emailing chris@alignedwebservices.ca or calling +1 (778) 402-1516. We action withdrawal requests promptly and in any event within 10 business days, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed.
No mobile information (including your phone number) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep a record of your consent — the date and time, the form you gave it on, and the exact wording you agreed to — so we can demonstrate it if asked. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time and will post the current version here.
