These SMS Terms govern the text-message (SMS/MMS) programs operated by ALIGNED WEB SERVICES INC., operating as Aligned Web Services ("Aligned," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and ticking a text-message consent box, you accept these terms.

We send two kinds of text message. Each has its own tick box and its own consent, and you can agree to one without the other.
You opt in on the forms at alignedwebservices.ca (for example the free website check, website builder, AI agent, automation, funnel and content forms). When you enter a mobile number you will see two separate tick boxes: one for account and service texts and one for marketing texts. Our account sign-up at app.alignedwebservices.ca offers the account and service box. You can also opt in by otherwise giving us express written consent.
The boxes are never pre-ticked, neither is required to submit a form, and providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, or of receiving anything you have requested from us. If you give us a phone number without ticking a box, we will not text you. If you tick only the account box, we will not send you marketing texts.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Message frequency varies based on your activity, requests and orders. Marketing texts are occasional.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Aligned Web Services does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To opt back in, reply START or re-subscribe through one of our forms.
You may also withdraw consent at any time by emailing chris@alignedwebservices.ca or calling +1 (778) 402-1516. We action withdrawal requests promptly and in any event within 10 business days, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed.
No mobile information (including your phone number) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep a record of each consent: the date and time, the form you gave it on, and the exact wording you agreed to, so we can demonstrate it if asked. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time and will post the current version here.
